Meets monthly to plan NYCC’s internal and external marketing, including promoting Escape New York, highlighting member benefits, and developing new jersey designs.
Volunteers review funding applications from not-for-profit organizations each year. and make funding recommendations to the Board. This committee does not meet.
Volunteers can contribute by writing website and newsletter content, creating social media posts, supporting graphic design, and organizing photo assets.
We aim to keep our website current and use technology to improve the member experience. Tech volunteers will support Phase II of the website project starting in 2026.
Our rides are made possible by dedicated Ride Leaders who plan routes, schedule rides, and lead riders safely throughout the year. Experienced leaders are invited to help organize programs like the Spring Training Series (STS).
Develops safe group riding skills through 8–10 progressive weekend rides. Participants are encouraged to give back by leading rides or volunteering with NYCC.

Our annual celebration of cycling helps support cycling related causes. Volunteers are critical to planning the event, organizing logistics, and supporting the event on ride day.
NYCC hosts cycling and non-cycling events year-round. Volunteers are welcome to help with planning, logistics, and venues or to bring new event ideas to life.
