NYCC Route Library

The NYCC Ride Library is a living archive of over 500 carefully curated routes, created and refined over many years by NYCC members and volunteers. Now housed in our Club Account Library with RidewithGPS it brings together the collective exploration, local knowledge, and route-craft of generations of riders.
Each route offers a scenic, bicycle-friendly way to experience our remarkably diverse riding region — from classic club loops to lesser-known gems — suitable for a wide range of abilities and riding styles. Whether you’re looking to lead a club ride, explore a new area, or adapt an existing route into something uniquely your own, the Library is designed to help you discover, plan, and ride with confidence.
Routes can be searched directly in the Route Library, or explored visually through the Map View feature, or in Collections where routes are grouped by region and type just as they were in our old website library, and displayed on interactive maps. All routes are mapped and dated when entered, but riders should always verify current conditions before riding.  For those who still prefer cue sheets for navigation, each route also has a link in the route description to a printer-friendly Roboviva cue sheet.
The Ride Library continues to grow through member contributions. If you discover an error, notice changed road conditions, or have a great route to share, the NYCC Ride Librarians Hank Schiffman. Carol Waaser, Bob Schmon, Julie Blackburn and Alex Klafehn want to hear from you. Feel free to email ridelibrary@nycc.org
