Logging In
To access the ride platform for the first time, use create account, not login. Enter the same email you used on the old NYCC site. The system will confirm whether it matches your account. If unsure of your old email, log in to archive.nycc.org and check "Your account" in the upper right.
You'll get a one-time code by email (check spam, sent from no-reply@nycc.org) to confirm your account, then set a password and update your profile and emergency contact info. This wasn't migrated, for data security reasons.
